Bio: Bill Fick received his MFA from UNC, Greensboro in 1990. He has been working as an active artist in printmaking for a number of years, focusing mainly on relief as a lino-cut artist. Bill Fick is the founder of Cockeyed Press, originally in NYC, but now resides in Chapel Hill, NC. Cockeyed Press publishes Bill Fick’s lino-cuts, and the work of many other artists. The press has affiliations with other contemporary printing presses such as: Flying Horse Editions, Evil Prints, and Cannonball Press. Bill Fick is currently teaching printmaking for UNC, and lives in Chapel Hill, NC.
